Rest assured, ACH is designed to be effective for everyone, as it doesn’t depend on inducing a deep trance like traditional hypnosis does.

In ACH, it’s your choice whether to keep your eyes open or closed during the session. While many prefer to have them open, feel free to close them if you wish. And, of course, you have the freedom to open them again whenever you like (unlike with traditional hypnosis where you have to wait until your practitioner tells you to open them.)

Absolutely not.

To quote one of my clients:

In Advanced Conversational Hypnosis, you remain in control, and having your eyes open offers a sense of comfort and empowerment.

Absolutely, in Conversational Hypnosis, you maintain control over your words and actions throughout the session, as it revolves around a natural conversation.

The timing can vary from person to person, but typically, individuals begin noticing a difference within 24 to 48 hours following their session. After the session, you might feel the need to rest—this is entirely normal, and a nap can aid your subconscious in solidifying the changes needed for your progress.

The beauty lies in the fact that for many, the processing continues for weeks and months post-session, leading to ongoing remarkable results.

Yes, Conversational Hypnotherapy works very well by phone and online, and you have the benefit of not having to travel to your appointment!

In most cases, a single session is sufficient because we delve straight to the root cause of your problems. This means we skip the prolonged “getting to know you” discussions that other approaches may involve.

Recognising that you’ve carried your challenges for an extended period, my aim is to help you solve your problems without unnecessary delay.

Think of conversational hypnosis as similar to visiting a dentist for a root canal—wouldn’t you prefer to resolve the matter in a single visit rather than enduring incremental discomfort over several weeks?

And the good news is that with ACH, the process is not only efficient but also remarkably enjoyable.
